Flow-control silencer unit. These are specially designed single or multi stages throttle disc/ perforated plates installed at valve outlet to reduce noise, handle choked flow, cavitation and flashing.

- By creating multiple pressure drops in these flow silencer at the valve outlet, the flow velocity within the valve can be reduced to a safe operating limit thus allowing better controllability as well as extending the life span of the valve.
- Helps to reduce noise level, suppress cavitation and flashing of hot condensate.
- Cavitation is extremely destructive and may wear out the trim and body parts of a valve in short time.
